This time of year, the restaurant offers an incredible holiday menu full of Southern classics and unique items that are both available dining-in or to take home and serve helping to make this special season a bit less stressful.

FATZ Culinary Director Brian Dukes shows WACH FOX how to prepare their signature Calabash Fried Turkey, Sweet Tea Glazed Spiral Ham, Homemade Cranberry Relish and a very unique Baked Pineapple Casserole that you can't find anywhere else.

"All of the dishes that I tried were incredibly flavorful and like nothing I had ever tasted before especially the Sweet Tea Glaze on the Ham. That really gives the Ham a sweet burst," our Morning Traffic & Lifestyle Reporter adds, "but I will also recommend their Sweet Potato Casserole which exhibits seasonal flavors as well as their Sweet Potato Pie topped with toasted pecans, marshmallows and drizzled with maple syrup. It's heaven with every scoop!"
