The most commonly made New Years resolution usually involves health and fitness so on this "Food Friday" our Natalie Parsons is helping you make that goal a reality by visiting Zoe's Kitchen in Columbia, S.C.

The food chain based in Alabama shows off the many tastes of the Mediterranean while serving some of the freshest food around which helps make eating healthy a step easier.

If you have a busy lifestyle and want good foods right at your fingertips then be sure to check out their Snack Boxes which are made daily fully of veggie bites, grilled lean protein and modern Mediterranean snacks.

The Area Catering Sales Manager Sadie Rankin shows WACH FOX how to prepare their Cauliflower Rice Bowls, Live Med Salad, Spinach & Mushroom Piadina and a variety of Kabobs.

"The Piadina was my absolutely favorite dish," explains the Morning Traffic & Lifestyle Reporter, "It's a hot sandwich with mushrooms, cheese and spinach with Piadina flatbread like I've never tasted before. This is a meat-less sandwich which is guaranteed to fill your stomach up. You don't have to be Vegan to enjoy this dish!"
