Food Friday: Terra's serving up variety of dishes like shrimp, grilled Mahi Mahi

COLUMBIA, SC (WACH) – The word “terra” is from the word of Latin origin which means earth or land. It's the inspiration behind each dish at Terra in West Columbia.

Chef Mike Davis is proud to use local ingredients, change the menu seasonally, and offer a fun, comfortable atmosphere for his customers.

There's a beautiful view of Columbia with a bar known for great cocktails, and a wood oven.

Britt Conway hung out at the 100 State St. spot for this week's Food Friday brought to you by US Foods CHEF'STORE. Chef Mike cooked up a Shrimp Remoulade, Shrimp Ceviche, Mahi Mahi, and Carolina Gold Rice Pudding.
