Our Britt Conway visited the 931-A Senate Street location and talked with owner Philip Pie to learn how they create some of their tasty meals.
Crews get in at 11 p.m. to put meat on the smokers and check it throughout the night. Every meat stays in the smoker for hours until it’s just right.
