We TMve been really really blessed here, sales have been terrific, said Greg Gerrans, Director of Operations at Carolina Ale House.
Gerrans said restaurants have taken a big hit in the down economy and the success of the Gamecocks is welcome relief.
Certainly it TMs terrific for the average employee. They work on tips, so it TMs allowing us to spend more money on labor. It helps put money in their pockets and helps get the economy going, said Gerrans.Making every win for the Gamecocks - a win for the local economy.
