      12th annual Palmetto Capital City Classic comes to Columbia

      Palmetto Capital City Classic

      COLUMBIA (WACH) ?? The Palmetto City Classic (PCCC) has been a Historically Black College and University football experience that brings fans together from across the state of SC and the Southeast.

      The Classic??s primary mission is to generate revenue to scholarships and financial support for HBCU??s by highlighting the educational and athletic endeavors of its participating HBCU??s.

      This year??s Classic will be the twelfth annual game and will feature an arry of scheduled events.
