      2 young children in protective custody after meth lab bust

      Six people have been arrested and two young children are in protective custody after a meth lab bust, according to the Newberry County Sheriff's Office.

      NEWBERRY COUNTY (WACH) - Six people have been arrested and two young children are in protective custody after a meth lab bust, according to the Newberry County Sheriff's Office.

      Authorities say a search warrant was executed at a home on Adam Teseniar Road off of Highway 121 in Newberry. Investigators found a working meth lab inside.

      Investigators say the house "was in absolutely deplorable conditions." One 2-year-old child and one 11-month-old child were taken to the hospital for medical tests due to exposure to the meth lab. They were released and placed into protective custody.

      Amber Christine Teseniar, 23, Heather Brooke Anderson, 23, Jeffery Boyd Teseniar, 51, Kelly Mac Teseniar, 42, Meghan Lee Teseniar, 19, and Nicholas Logan Teseniar, 26, are all charged with manufacturing meth and willfully exposing a child to meth.

      All of the suspects were living at the home where the meth lab was discovered.
