3 arrested in Lexington County homicide
Lexington, S.C. (WACH)-- Three individuals have been charged in the shooting death of a Lexington man.
Brandon Lee Pham,32, was charged with the murder of 26-year-old Austin Chandler.
He was also charged with possession of a weapon during a violent crime. Both crimes carry a combined penalty upon conviction of 35 years in prison.
Charged with accessory after the fact of a felony is 34-year-old Pamela Shae Norris and 33-year-old Ashley Dawn Spencer. Both women are facing up to 15 years in prison. They were also charged with interference and hindering officers serving a warrant or rescuing prisoners which carries a penalty upon conviction of up to three years in prison and a $3,000 fine.
Just around 8:30 p.m. on May 15, Lexington County Sheriff's department responded to the 100 block of Glasgo Lane in response to a homicide.
SLED investigated the case at the request of the LCSD due to Chandler's relationship to an employee of the department.
Pham, Norris and Spencer have all been booked at the Lexington County Detention Center.
