ANDERSON, S.C. (AP) -- Anderson County authorities say a woman has been stabbed to death after fighting with another woman.
Chief Deputy Coroner Charlie Boseman says the women got into a fight in Anderson around 6:30 p.m. Wednesday. Boseman says one of the women lives in the home.
He says 29-year-old Kalisha Williams of Pendleton was stabbed in the chest.
Boseman says Williams got into a car and tried to leave, but she crashed into a porch next door.
Williams was taken to AnMed Health Medical Center, where she was pronounced dead about 45 minutes later.
The name of the woman Williams was fighting with has not been released. She was also taken to the hospital for treatment of injuries that did not appear to be serious.
