Blacksburg man crushed to death while working on his car

A 40-year-old Blacksburg man was working on a car's exhaust system, when it fell on him, crushing him to death.
Joseph Michael Hill Sr. was working on his Mercury Cougar in the driveway of his home when one of two floor jacks gave way.
Hill was taken to Novant Health Gaffney Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead of asphyxiation, and the coroner ruling it accidental.
