COLUMBIA (WACH) -- Former candidate for Attorney General Robert Bolchoz has endorsed Alan Wilson in the run off against Leighton Lord on Monday.
In a statement Monday Bolchoz said, "I am proud to endorse Alan Wilson because he has the prosecutorial and leadership experience South Carolinians need in an Attorney General to make the right decisions to keep us safe.
Wilson thanked Bolchoz for his endorsement saying, "The only thing better than seeing Robert and his family on the campaign trail is having them on my team. Robert is a proven prosecutor who shares the same values in faith, family, and freedom that I do."
Former Attorney General Charlie Condon also gave his endorsement to Wilson on Monday.
In the primary election last Tuesday Wilson received 39 percent of the vote to Lord's 37 percent.
Voters go to the polls again on June 22 to decide which will be the Republican nominee for Attorney General.
