Cayce Public Safety investigates misconduct allegations at Airport High School
CAYCE, S.C. (WACH)-- The Cayce Department of Public Safety is investigating misconduct allegation of employees at Airport High School.
Lexington School District Two notified the department of the alleged misconduct and requested the department's assistance.
Dawn Kujawa, a school district spokesperson, confirmed that Principal Brad Coleman is on administrative leave.
The school district also called a special board meeting Monday night, where board members voted unanimously to terminate an assistant principal within the district.
On Tuesday, the district confirmed Airport High's assistant principal, Dawn Diimmler, was no longer employed by Lexington School District Two.
A statement posted to the Cayce Department of Public Safety's Facebook page says the agency will not be releasing any further information at this point because it could jeopardize the integrity of their investigation.

Kujawa also told WACH FOX News that when certified employees are put on administrative leave, it is typically paid, as required by state law.
