NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (AP) -- Charleston County authorities have released the name of a man who died in a backhoe accident in North Charleston.
The coroner's office says 53-year-old Kenneth Drayton of Hollywood was killed in the accident Saturday morning.
North Charleston police say Drayton was operating a backhoe when he fell into the hole and dirt fell on him. Drayton was found when a co-worker noticed he was missing and found him covered with dirt.
Police are still investigating the accident.
