Coldest air of the season moves in this week

Columbia (WACH) -- The coldest air of the season is heading towards South Carolina, and with it expect overnight lows to fall into the 20s.
With temperatures falling below the freezing mark of 32 degrees, crops and tender vegetation could be killed by the extremely cold temperatures.
Because of this, we likely will see Freeze Warnings issued for the state.
This cold front has been producing snow fall in the Great Lakes Region.
While temperatures here will certainly be cold enough to support snow, the air will likely be too dry in the Midlands to support any type of winter precip.
Stay tuned to the SkyWACH Weather team for the last on the cold blast heading this way.
