SUMTER, SC (WACH) --- Early Friday morning, investigators say two men were killed at a home in Sumter.
Deputies were called to the home around 2 a.m. Friday. They say a woman flagged them down, saying her son and nephew were fighting and that they both might be dead.
According to an incident report, deputies found the bodies of Reyshaun Holmes, 24, and Willie Chatman, 35, face down in the hall way of a Confederate Road home.
Investigators say the two victims were shot multiple times and a large amount of marijuana and narcotic pills were discovered scattered on and around the bodies.
Eric Davis told deputies he was in the bedroom adjacent to the hall way where the men were killed when he heard a loud disturbance and several gunshots.
He tells deputies he then ran out the back door of the home and called for help.
Davis and the victims' families are being interviewed about the incident. Investigators say they are not currently treating Davis as a suspect.
Deputies say there were signs of a struggle in the front of the home.
Deputies say they saw a number of bullet casings and bullet holes but did not find a weapon.
The Sumter County Sheriff's Dept. is expecting a preliminary autopsy report on Monday.
