Deputies: Father accused of stabbing wife and son turns himself in

COLUMBIA (WACH) - The Richland County Sheriff's Department says a man who they say stabbed his wife and son has turned himself in.
Deputies say shortly before 8:30 a.m. Edward Baker turned himself in to investigators at the Richland County Sheriff's Department headquarters.
Investigators said just before 6 a.m. Sunday morning, they responded to an aggravated assault call on Centennial Drive.
Upon arriving, deputies said they discovered Baker had stabbed his 33-year old wife multiple times in the upper body and his 14-year old son in the upper body.
Both victims were transported to Palmetto Health Richland.
