Law Enforcement was able to determine the homeowners had three cars in their names and only two were at the home. Investigators put a BOLO for the third car a white Honda Accord. Sunday morning the vehicle was spotted in Kentucky and officers attempted to make a traffic stop. The driver didn't stop and a vehicle chase began. Officers from multiple agencies followed the car and Investigators in Ohio finally caught the Honda Accord. Investigators say Joseph Manners, the grandson of the homeowners was driving the car and he is being extradited back to South Carolina for arson.
The human remains that were discovered at the fire scene will be identified once an autopsy is finished.
