      Firemen have it right?|ladders!

      Christy Sequin joined us to talk about fitness, and explained the fun that is known as ??Ladders.?? Here is how she explains it:

      You take 3 or 4 exercises, do 1 rep of each without stopping, 2 of each, 3 of each......up to 10 reps of each & then back it back down with 9 reps, 8, 7.....etc.

      It's very intense, an excellent combo of resistance training that provides cardio, & only takes between 10 & 20 minutes, depending on the number & type of exercises chosen.

      Example:

      Burpee

      Pullup

      Box Jump

      Pushup

      Or all upper body:

      Pushup

      Lateral Raises

      Barbell or Dumbbell Row

      Overhead Press

      Or all lower body:

      Switch Lunges

      Squats

      Curtsy Lunges

      Sumo Squats

      Keep the holiday party merry

      If you are planning an office holiday party, you may be exposing your company to liability and law suits. Attorney Christian Stegmaier joined us with some tips to avoid legal pitfalls.

      1. Make it voluntary

      2. Remind people about behavior

      3. On-site = no drinking

      4. Go off-site to have cocktails

      5. Request ID

      6. No shots/drinking games

      7. Non-alcoholic drinks

      8. Limit party length

      9. No drinks 1hr before end

      10. No mistletoe!
