      Meeting the band

      Our South Carolina Philharmonic Meet the Orchestra series continued this morning, with Conductor Morihiko Makahara and flautist Wendy Cohen. The next performance is Saturday night at the Koger Center. You can get all the details HERE.

      Raising awareness with stilettos

      Men across the Midlands will be slipping into a pair of heels on Thursday, for a good cause.

      Sexual Trauma Services of the Midlands is holding its annual Walk a Mile in Her Shoes benefit in downtown Columbia on Thursday, starting at the Columbia Metropolitan Convention Center.
