LEXINGTON, SC (WACH) -- This summer maybe you wanted to get fit but couldn't afford a gym membership. If that's the case, personal trainer Chase McKeown says it's no longer a reasonable excuse.
According to McKeown, all you really need to break a sweat and work your muscles is what's in your local park.

Five to 10 minute jog to or at the park
Three sets of 12 bench/staircase step-ups
Three sets of 15 push-ups (elevate legs for advanced workout)
Three sets of 12 bench triceps dips
Three sets of 20 body weight squats
Five minute jog home or around the park followed by five minutes of stretching.
