RICHLAND COUNTY -- An Irmo man is in custody after being charged with peeping into the windows of a home in the New Friarsgate subdivision early Monday morning.

According to Irmo Police Chief Brian Buck, Tory Lamar Holloway, 25, was arrested after police received a 911 call at approximately 5:15 a.m. from a woman who thought someone was breaking into her house.

Officers arrived a few minutes later and found Holloway fleeing the scene dressed in all black, said Buck. Officers found a digital camera in his possession.

Buck said a garbage can and recycling bin had been moved to assist Holloway in looking into the windows.

Holloway was taken to the Alvin S. Glenn and is charged with trespassing. He remained in jail Monday afternoon while awaiting a bond hearing.
