Like Zumba? Now you have a chance to use it to help stop breast cancer

IRMO, S.C. (WACH) - Are you looking to have an intense work out while helping to find a cure for breast cancer?
Midlands Zumba instructor Cynthia Shepard is expecting hundreds of other women at the Party in Pink Zumathon beginning at 9:00 Saturday at Friarsgate Park in Irmo.
This event is the Midland's only Party In Pink. Shepard's company, CMS Total Fitness is hosting the Susan G. Komen/Zumba sponsored event.
Funds raised from this event will be donated to the University of Texas Medical Center which has a new clinical trial designed to prevent breast cancer.
"We are excited about this event because we are raising money to prevent Breast Cancer. It's a new direction and Zumba is heading it up," Shepard said.
Organizers of Party in Pink are expecting up to 300 people for this event.
