RICHLAND COUNTY, SC (WACH) - Richland County Deputies say they've caught the man responsible for 37 burglaries in Richland County and the cities of Columbia and Forest Acres.
After interviewing Miller and witnesses, 38-year old Terrance Miller was arrested for six counts of burglary.
Sgt. Curtis Wilson says it is believed that he acted alone in the burglary spree.
"He has committed crimes again and again," said Wilson.
According to investigators, the burglaries Miller is linked to date back to 2012. They say he stole several expensive items from gaming systems and televisions to alcohol from a number of businesses.
"It's one of those things where judges will look hard at his records," said Wilson. "They will see exactly what he has done in the past, and what he has done to try and improve himself. When you look at his record, youâ??re not going to see much of an improvement."
According to Miller's records, he has also been charged with unlawful possession of a pistol, and possession of crack cocaine among several other charges.
Miller was denied bond in this latest arrest.
