Man in prison facing disciplinary charges for using social media

Tyheem Henery is facing Disciplinary charges for using social media from a mobile device from inside prison.
Henery is currently serving a 15 year sentence for beating Carter Strange.
Department of Corrections spokesperson Clark Newsom said Henery faces a disciplinary hearing, and if found guilty, he could lose privilages and spend time in solitary confinement.
If the charges are serious enough DOC may send their findings to the solicitor's office for more charges, but as of now, DOC is investigating the charges against Henery and will take appropriate actions depending on the violations.
