Man wanted for murder after man found dead in the road outside Conway
Conway, S.C. (WPDE) — Horry County police have named the man suspected of killing a Conway man on March 18 along Johnson Shelly Road.
Jamar Freddie Williams is wanted for murder in the death of 31-year-old Jason Bradley Smith.
Smith was found dead of multiple gunshot wounds along Johnson Shelly Road, outside of Conway.
According to a police report, he was found lying in the road with his pants down, shirt up and shoes in the road nearby. His wallet was also found on his person.
Witnesses say he was partially in the grass and partly in the roadway.
Williams is accused of killing Smith and police say Williams should be considered armed and dangerous.
He stands 5' 9" tall and weighs about 180 pounds.
Police also say he drives a gold Hyundai Sonata.
