WEST COLUMBIA, SC (WACH) - Midlands job seekers turned out Monday in West Columbia at a job fair sponsored by WACH-Fox and SC works.
Employers from across the Midlands looking for workers rolled out job opportunities from major Midland companies like Michelin. Some health care companies also offered VIP passes to veterans looking for work. Elisa Edwards with Family Care told us why it pays to hire one of America's veterans.
"They're quick thinkers, quick on their feet. They've learned a lot of leadership skills along the way. They know how to adapt to a whole lot of different situations and our organizations are learning they're a good fit for our organizations because of that," said Edwards.
Here are some the other job fairs happening around the Midlands.
