COLUMBIA (WACH)- Back in November, we introduced you to a 12 year old, Reggie Parkman. He was a recipient of Trey's Treats. Trey??s Treats is a non-profit organization that 6 year old Trey Lewis started after his own fight against cancer. He provides kids going through chemo with their favorite treats.

Reggie Parkman, one of Trey's Treats most recent recipients lost his battle with cancer on his 13th Birthday, June 1st.

Parkman was diagnosed with bone cancer in 2011. During his battle with cancer the 13 year-old lost his leg. Doctors said Parkman was in remission, but at a check-up in January, he found out his cancer was surrounding his lungs and heart.

Friends describe Parkman as a brave and inspiring young man who loved the Carolina Gamecocks.
