On Friday Columbia drivers filled up for an average of $2.55 a gallon. That TMs about a dollar more than this time last year.Industries insiders say don TMt blame them because their prices follow crude oil prices and they TMre up 19-percent in the past three weeks.While Columbia TMs prices don TMt seem fair, South Carolina still has the nation TMs fifth lowest gas prices.
