COLUMBIA (WACH) â?? Orangeburg County Deputies have arrested a woman they said left her 2-year-old daughter at a meth house.

Orangeburg County Sheriff Ravenell said Amanda Leigh Vosburg was arrested by Barnwell Police officers on August 12.

On August 2, investigators said the 24-year-old left her 2-year-old daughter with another person. Deputies said Vosburg said that she would return in 4 to 5 hours to pick up the child, but she never returned.

Ravenell said Vosburg is facing charges for leaving her child at that home and is also facing charges for for food stamp fraud. According to deputies Vosburg was receiving financial assistance from the Department of Social Services Food Stamp program to feed two children.

During the investigation officers determined that one of the dependent children was actually being cared for by a grandmother.

According to Ravenell on August 7 deputies investigated drug complaints at a Binnicker Bridge home and found methamphetamines in the home and in the personal belongings of 41-year-old Christy M. Kinsey.

Kinsey was taken into custody and charged with possession of methamphetamine.

Twenty-nine year old Fran Nicole Roberts, who was also present at the home, was arrested on an outstanding family court bench warrant. While Roberts was being booked into the detention center, officers located methamphetamine in a makeup case in her possession. Roberts was also charged with possession of methamphetamine.
