      Police seeking leads into Gadsden Street double shooting

      Columbia Police are searching for clues in the deaths of two people found dead Tuesday night on Gadsden Street.


      COLUMBIA, SC (WACH)- Columbia Police are searching for clues in the deaths of two people found dead Tuesday night on Gadsden Street.


      Interim Columbia Police Chief Ruben Santiago said Anne Jervey, 59, and Robert Galphin III, 51, were found shot inside of a garage of a house on Gadsden St.


      Richland County Coroner Gary Watts said Jervey and Galphin died as a result of being shot.


      Santiago said Galphin's wife reported him missing last Sunday. She said she had not heard from him since last month and was concerned about him.


      A Columbia police investigator went to the home yesterday while looking into the case.


      He found the bodies and called in backup.


      Columbia Police are still investigating.
