Twenty-nine-year-old Shaquan Duley was arrested and charged with murder after authorities say the story of the wreck didn't make sense.
Investigators say Duley confessed to smothering her sons, ages 18 months and 2, before strapping them into their car seats and rolling the car into the river in a desperate attempt to cover up her crime.
