Rolling in for a good cause

Instead of walking, some rolled into downtown Columbia on Saturday.

It was all for a good cause though.

The Jam Room Music Festival partnered with the American Diabetes Association for the annual Tour De Cure training ride, which raises money for the American Diabetes Assocation.

The event was for everyone, from children to professional riders.

And it turns out the actual Tour De Cure itself is going to happen somewhere very close to home.

"It takes place in over 80 cities around the country. And we are moving the 2014 Tour De Cure to downtown Columbia and it's gonna be staged in front of the Mills House in the historic district." says Tim Goldman from the Tour De Cure.
