ORANGEBURG, S.C. (WACH) - An SC State University chemistry laboratory technician and five chemistry students were released from the Orangeburg Regional Medical Center Monday night and are in good condition today after a small chemical explosion in the Universityâ??s Leroy Davis, Sr. Hall.
The laboratory technician received injuries to her forearm and the students were transported to the hospital for observation after being exposed to fumes during the evacuation process.
