Shealy urges those who don't support water rate increase to speak out at meeting

Katrina Shealy

COLUMBIA (WACH) â?? State Senator Katrina Shealy voiced her strong opposition to a water rate increase application filled by Carolina Water Service, Inc.

The proposed increase would affect all or parts of neighborhoods in Gaston, Irmo, Lexington and West Columbia.
