Sheriff: Third arrest made in 2006 murder, armed robbery

Tomasina Miller arrested on charges of murder, two counts of armed robbery, two counts of kidnapping, and burglary.

RICHLAND COUNTY (WACH) - Richland County Sheriff Leon Lott says another arrest has been made in connection with a 2006 murder.

According to Lott, Alfred "Domenick" Wright, 32, is charged with burglary, attempted armed robbery, conspiracy and murder.

Lott says the charges are tied to the murder of Joseph Richardson on November 12, 2006.

Two other suspects in the murder were arrested in June 2012.

Lott says investigators have determined the motive of the murder to be robbery.

According to Lott, investigators have accused Christopher Trice, Tomasina Miller, Alfred Wright and other suspects of forcing open Richardson's front door, going into the apartment and killing him.

Lott says additional arrests are forthcoming as investigators follow "significant leads."
