Sumter teacher back out on bond

COLUMBIA (WACH) - A Sumter middle school teacher is out on bond... again.

31-year-old Elizabeth Moss was taken back into custody on February 25 and charged with criminal solicitation of a minor, after having just been released from jail on a $150,000 bond on February 21. She had been charged with inappropriately communicating with students online and performing sex acts on at least one of the students. School officials say they found messages from Moss to students on Facebook and contacted investigators.

Her attorney Rose Mary Parham said the allegations were revenge for Moss disciplining students.
