The pair is accused of stealing nearly $9,000 worth of jewelry from Kay's Jewelers last Wednesday.

The store's owner says they posed as customers when Creech was trying on rings. Blue left the building to get identification to open a store account and the woman bolted out with two diamond rings and one diamond band.

Sheriff Leon Lott says the arrests came from a CrimeStoppers tip.
