COLUMBIA (WACH) -- Governor-Elect Nikki Haley announced her senior staff picks Tuesday.
Haley appointed transition team executive director Tim Pearson as her Chief of Staff.
Pearson was also Haley's campaign manager in her bid for governor.
Pearson is no stranger to the Statehouse. He also worked on Governor Mark Sanford's staff as Senior Communications Advisor.
Deputy chiefs of staff were also announced at the press conference at the Brown Building on the Statehouse grounds. Katherine Haltiwanger will serve as Deputy Chief of Staff Operations. Rob Godfrey will serve as Haley's press secretary. Godfrey worked as communications director for the Haley campaign.
