SUMTER (WACH) -The Sumter teen arrested for shooting at an SUV in broad daylight this week has bonded out of jail.

Friday morning a judge set bond for Dominik Dingle's at $105,000 and ordered the teen to wear a real time GPS tracking device.

Dingle is facing three charges attempted murder, tampering with evidence and unlawful carrying of a weapon.

Dingle was identified by witnesses who saw him on a home surveillance system.

He is later seen returning to the shooting location picking up spent shell casings and throwing them away.

Officials say those shell casing were later found in the sewer.
