      Lotâ??s of fun food, spirits, football, and health on the show today. Letâ??s get to it.

      If you are stressing about the big Turkey Day feast, fear not â?? Chef Jason Scarborough from US Foods joined Tyler, aka the Weekend Chef for some culinary magic. As promised, here are the recipes:

      Roasted Mashed Sweet Potatoes with a Sage Brown Butter

      • 4 Sweet Potatoes washed and dried
      • 4 oz Heavy cream
      • 3 oz Unsalted Butter Dices into fourths
      • 1/2 Tsp Nutmeg
      • 6 Fresh Sage Leafs chopped
      • TT Kosher Salt
      • TT Black Pepper

      Preheat oven to 375F. Rub oil all over each sweet potato coating well. Sprinkle with Kosher salt and place in the over for 30 to 40 mins. Until fork tender. Remove from oven and allow to rest long enough to handle and remove the skin. After all the skin has been removed, melt butter in a medium sized pot until light brown in color add sweet potatoes along with sage, nutmeg, heavy cream, and S&P to your taste. Serve right away.

      Pan Roasted Applewood Bacon and Brussel Sprouts

      • 6 slices of thick Applewood Smoked Bacon
      • 20 Brussel Sprouts cleaned and cut into 1/8 slices
      • 1 Red Bell Pepper small dices
      • 3 sprigs Thyme just the leaves
      • 2 Shallot small dice
      • 1oz Olive Oil
      • Salt and Pepper TT

      Cook bacon on a sheet pan in the oven at 375F. Once the bacon has cooked remove it from the pan and save the fat. Chop the bacon into smaller 1/2 in. pieces, save for later. Toss the shaved brussel sprouts with the bacon fat, diced red bell peppers, shallots, and thyme leaves. Now, Sautà the mixture in a medium sized pan over high heat with the olive oil until slightly charred. Finish with crispy bacon and serve.

      • 12 Strips of Cooked Bacon fat saved (Applewood Smoked Bacon)
      • 1 packs Roasted-Turkey Skillet Gravy
      • 2 Shallots
      • 1 red bell pepper
      • 8 sweet potatoes
      • 1 heavy Cream
      • Butter
      • Olive Oil
      • Fresh Tyhme
      • Fresh sage
      • Nutmeg
      • 2 bags Shaved Brussel Sprouts
      • 2 Butane Fuel Cartridge
      • Salt
      • Pepper

      Since the tailgate parties this week are being referred to as the â??breakfastâ?? tailgate, the beverages this morning had the â??bloodyâ?? theme.

      Man-mosa - Stella Artois and orange juice

      Champagne Woody - Woodchuck Amber cider and orange juice

      Bloody Beer- (A beer Bloody Mary) Combine 3 12 oz bottles or cans of Bud Light or Carolina Flagship IPA with Bloody Mary mix, 3 oz American Harvest and hot sauce to taste in a pitcher.

      Out for Blood - This one will get ya! Definitely for those who love a little heat- Tanteo JalapeÃo Infused Tequila with local Bloody mary mix

      The Garnet Mary - American Harvest Organic Vodka with Local Bloody Mary mix- there is a spicy and a mild mix!

      The Bloody Spur - Jose Cuervo Silver Tequila paired with Lime Juice and local bloody mary mix
