Third suspect identified in Lexington Co. murder

Phillip Aurthur Christofoli was shot and killed March 21st.

A reluctant 19-year-old Krystal Hall faces a judge Tuesday morning for what deputies say she did on Parkwood Drive Saturday night.

"When you go to a location to get involved with drug dealing and end up shooting and killing a man, that's not the thing to be involved in," said Sheriff James Metts.

Deputies say Hall, 28-year-old Thomas Outing and 29-year-old Darrell Ross were looking to settle a drug dispute when they went to a home Phillip Christofoli was visiting.

In court Tuesday a judge allowed cameras, but no audio.

When asked if Hall had a job, she said "no".

When the judge asked how she supported herself, Hall stated "She'd rather not get into that."

Bobby Christofoli is the victim's brother, he feels bad for Hall and her family.

I feel like this young lady lost a chance at life because the road she chose to go down," said Christofoli.

This isn't the first time Wach Fox News has told you about Hall.

She appeared before a Lexington County judge in September 2008.

Investigators accused her of stealing a cancer donation box at the Gaston Food Mart.

"It didn't suprise me that she had stolen the money because of her background, she's been in trouble her whole life," said Metts.

Deputies arrested Darrell Ross late Tuesday afternoon.

Ross will be in bond court Wednesday morning and Wach Fox News will be there.
