      Two men taken to hospital after shooting in Columbia

      Timmons says investigators are at the hospital trying to talk to the victims for more information.

      COLUMBIA (WACH) - A shooting in downtown Columbia leaves two men in the hospital.

      Columbia Police Spokesperson Jennifer Timmons said around 3 p.m. Monday a group of men gathered at the corner of King and Bratton Streets were talking when a dark four-door sedan drove by. Someone in the car fired a gun out of the window. Two men were struck and taken to a local hospital.
