NEWBERRY, S.C. (WACH/AP) -- The four Tennessee teens who led police on a 10-hour manhunt last week have agreed to head back to Tennessee.
In an Abbeville County courtroom, all of the teens acknowledged that they are facing charges in Tennessee agreed to waive extradition.
Liam Lawler, 15, Shelby Riley, 16, Zack Blanchard, 16 and Daniel Richards-Birchfield, 15, fled Greene County, Tenn., after investigators say Blanchard killed his 36-year-old father.
Greene County Sheriff's Deputies charged Zack Blanchard with murder less than 24 hours after he and three friends led police on a multi-state search.
The Greene County Sheriff's Department says the teens took at least eight guns from Blanchard's home. Lawler, Riley, Richards-Birchfield also face accessory and theft charges.
Authorities have not given a timeline for the teens' extradition to Tennessee.
The teens are being held at the SC Department of Juvenile facility in Columbia, SC.
