A West Columbia teenager has been charged with attempted murder after a physical altercation Friday evening.

According to the Lexington County Sheriff's Department, Jaylen Wiggins, 17, argued with an unidentified person inside a home on Villas Court. The argument turned physical when Wiggins pulled out a silver pocket knife.
