The Huddle: Clemson, South Carolina Keep Winning
On this week's episode of "The Huddle," Corey Miller, Mike Uva, and Matt Dowell discuss the hottest topics in football in South Carolina and the pros.
This week's topics include:
-South Carolina football: the Gamecocks are 7-3 on the season with two games to go. After an easy win at home over Florida on Saturday, the Gamecocks prepare to take on Wofford on Saturday. Despite the showdown with Clemson approaching, head coach Will Muschamp has told his team he doesn't want to hear anything about the Clemson game this week. A couple of years ago, South Carolina was shocked by The Citadel and Muschamps says he wants his players to be aware that could happen again if they don't focus.
-Clemson football: The reigning national champions prepare for their final home game of 2017 as they take on the Citadel this Saturday at Death Valley. Seniors Christian Wilkins and Taylor Hearn will be the two seniors honored as of now.
-The Carolina Panthers: the Panthers dominated Monday Night Football, beating the Miami Dolphins 45-21 in PrimeTime at Bank of America Stadium. The Panthers set a franchise record for total offense yards with close to 600 total yards. The Panthers move to 7-3 on the season and are just half a game back from NFC South leader the New Orleans Saints. The Panthers now enter their bye week and will next travel to New York to take on the Jets in week twelve.
"The Huddle" airs on Tuesday nights at 11 pm ET on WACH FOX.
