CLEMSON (WACH)- Clemson pushed across 14 hits as they swept Georgia Southern with an 11-6 win on Sunday at Doug Kingsmore Stadium. The Tigers are now 37-15 on the season.
The Tigers scored five runs in the second inning to blow the game open and did not look back.
Zack Erwin (5-0) pitched five innings only allowing six hits and three runs while striking out one. Clemson has now won seven straight ball games.
Clemson is back on the diamond Tuesday night when the host USC Upstate. First pitch is at 6:30 p.m.
