Rare August weather moves into the Midlands

Lower humidity expected for the rest of the work week.

Columbia (WACH) -- After a couple of humid and stormy days across the Midlands a rare August treat is in our forecast!

Drier air is moving in behind a cold front that will mean much lower humidity for several days.

While temperatures will remain seasonal, in the lower 90s, heat indices (what it feels like) will be true to the actual air temperatures.

To complement the drier air we can expect abundant sunshine in the Midlands!
