High pressure in place across the Southeast will keep us dry and sunny beginning today and into Saturday.
Temperatures are a few degrees cooler than yesterday but highs will be average for this time of the year, in the low 70s by the afternoon and dropping into the 50s overnight.
Moisture and warm air returns to the region this weekend and we're tracking temperatures well above normal and even near record.
On Friday highs reach the mid to upper 80s, by Saturday highs are nearing 90.
An isolated shower and thunderstorm is possible Sunday afternoon with a low 20% chance.
Cooler temperatures return into the start of our work week with highs in the low 70s and possible showers beginning Tuesday into Wednesday.
