Tips to pick the right sunscreen for you!

The CVS MinuteClinic stopped by "Good Day Columbia" on Thursday to help you choose the best sunscreen for the summer season.

When it comes to SPF, the clinic's Erin Mays recommends going for SPF 30 even though there are higher and lower numbers available.

"SPF 30 covers about 97% of your UVA and UVB rays. SPF 50 is fine but you may not even need it," she says.

There's also many different types of sunscreens on the market but the nurse practitioner says that lotions are the best bet because they get areas that your sunscreen spray may miss.

All the products you see in this segment are available at your local CVS Pharmacy store.
