COLUMBIA, S.C. (WACH) - On this week's edition of OnPoint on WACH Fox we look at getting fit, fine and healthy over the age of 40.

In study after study, regular workouts have been shown to insulate you from heart disease, cancer, Alzheimer's, stroke, and diabetes.

When a person reaches age 40 or above, the nature of the human body makes exercise even more important.

So why don’t more of us do it?

Also, in order to reap the most from our physical effort, we need to make adjustments to our diets. And changing your behavior requires commitment.
